ANNIE
She is truly one of our success stories!
Annie came from Fredricksburg auction last summer. We were told she was a great trail rider.
She loaded our trailer at night very well and she was a sweet looking gal.
When we got her settled into our routine,we found out that she had an attitude problem.
She was a little moody and very aggressive with the geldings.It appeared that she was depressed.
She had some disagreements with our geldings and had battle wounds.
Of course,we called in the vet and took care of them. Her wounds healed a lot faster than
her depression.
We continued to work with Annie. We gave her a 2 month vacation from riding but we walked her, groomed her, loved and hugged her.Even gave her massages! So Annie started to improve.
End of the story is.....She is a good girl and has been adopted by the Renaissance Faire(Mt.Hope Winery). She is one of the fastest learners and is very happy with her new home.
